Welcome to Qme. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Qme is a digital queue and appointment management platform. It allows customers to join queues remotely, book appointments, and receive notifications. Businesses use Qme to manage customer flow, reduce wait times, and offer appointment scheduling.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Qme. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Business accounts must be created by authorised representatives of the business.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Business Accounts & Subscriptions

A business account starts on a free plan with a daily allowance of tickets and orders that staff add by hand. Higher volumes and extra features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

5a. Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)

On iOS, Qme Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Apple's standard Apple Media Services Terms (EULA) also apply to purchases made through the App Store.

6. Intellectual Property

The Qme application, its design, code, and content are owned by Qme and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

7. User Content

Content you provide (business names, descriptions, logos) remains yours. By uploading content to Qme, you grant us a licence to display it within the application for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that queue/appointment times will be perfectly accurate. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
